If there are any issues with your order then please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order for a refund/exchange. All refund requests must be approved by our Customer Service team. Refunds exclude shipping costs.
All orders are packaged with care to ensure your order arrives in mint condition. Unfortunately, handling during shipment is out of our control, and on rare occasion, orders get damaged. Dyer's Sweets and Eats LLC offers a full replacement on products determined to be too damaged for consumption. To file a claim for a damaged item please email us "Damaged Package", you will need to provide photos of the damaged product to support your claim and determine eligibility for replacement. These conditions are subject to change without notice.
Cancellation of your order can be made within 48 hours of your order as long as the order hasn’t already shipped.
